Next week, May 20^th – 24^th is Staff Appreciation Week and the PTA is coordinating a week of activities for the Prisk staff.

Monday – Deluxe breakfast buffet and afternoon cookies for the staff.

Tuesday – Student “I love my teacher” posters displayed in the hallways

Wednesday – Luncheon for the staff

Thursday – Flower gifts for the teachers

Friday – Coffee or smoothie drinks for the staff

If your child has not completed his or her “I love my teacher because..” poster yet, please encourage them to do so. All posters must be turned in by Friday, May 17^th so that they can be hung outside the classrooms for Staff Appreciation Week. Additional posters are available in the PTA room or you may download the poster at the links below. Return them to your room parent, the PTA room, or the school office. If they want to fill out a poster for someone other than a teacher (office staff, custodial, recreational staff, etc.) they may do so- please write the staff members name on the front of the poster.

If you would still like to contribute for the gifts for the staff (suggested $2), you may drop your contribution off in the school office. Please use the envelope provided with the backpack mail for Monday, May 6^th- or, use your own envelope with the teacher’s name or classroom number written on it.
